Jamie Brewer

Jamie Brewer has been breaking barriers in the world of entertainment ever since she landed her first role on the Emmy and Golden Globe winning series “American Horror Story”. She went on to make history as the first person with Down syndrome to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week, opening doors for aspiring models with intellectual disabilities. In 2018, she became the first actress with Down syndrome to play the lead role in a mainstream, off-Broadway production in “Amy and the Orphans”. Off camera, Jamie is a self-advocate who worked with The ARC to abolish the use of the r-word in Texas legislation. Follow Jamie as she changes the game for inclusion in media and beyond!
